Did you know that studies have shown that there is a direct correlation between your happiness and how grateful you are? Here is a thought for you to ponder …….What if you woke up today with only the things that you were actually grateful for yesterday?……….
Would you be waking up with nothing or with abundance? Please take some time to really contemplate this one?
What grateful thoughts came to your mind yesterday? Were you grateful for anything at all? Do you take a few minutes every day to take stock of what you are thankful for?
Always remember that what you focus on grows….so better to focus on those things that we are grateful for than those things that we are not.
Many people believe that only those that are happy can be grateful when in fact it is far more likely that grateful people are the happiest people.

Same here Michelle. I fall asleep every night being grateful and don’t hop out of bed without thinking of a few things that I am grateful for. There is always something to be grateful for. Thanks so much for stopping by.
When I am feeling down I try and think of things I am grateful for, it really does help.
