I want to be bigger and stronger

Did you make any New Year’s resolutions? If you did, I am gathering that all of them would be leading you in the same direction or toward the same goal……to be happier in some way? If you didn’t, I am guessing it is not because you think that your life is perfect? In the search for contentment we normally focus on what makes us happy because as we all know what we focus on grows, so it makes perfect sense to focus on the positive in our lives.  Today I have a little challenge for you and it will be to look at your life a little differently……………….

Why can’t I just be myself?

Okay…so my first of the month reality check’s are getting later and later! Sorry I have been a wee bit busy lately.

This month I want to focus on YOU…the real YOU!  Are you yourself? Do you act, speak and live authentically?  Why do so many of us feel the need to “keep us with the Jones’s”, to be people pleases, feel responsible for other’s feelings or feel that we must act in certain ways to “fit in”. Do you find yourself in positions where you know that you are not being true to yourself? Do you make some decisions based on other’s feelings and not your own? Do you say/do one thing but honestly deep down think another?

Who is your worst enemy???

What or who is your biggest enemy?  What keeps you from
being the best you can be? What stops you from doing what you really want? What causes you the most stress? Would you believe me if I told you I know exactly what your biggest enemy is? Am I psychic??? NO! But guess what? I know what it is?…..Can I read your mind????? No, I just know what all of our biggest enemy is. Do you want me to let you in on the secret??…………………
